Dinner in Petaling Street

Posted by Hello

Petaling Street... a place you should NEVER miss in a Metropolis like Kuala Lumpur. It is sort of ChinaTown but the local Chinese attempt to ignore and reject such naming... :D simply politics...
A place to eat, wander, shop, and have fun. Lots of pirated and cheap stuff to buy there...
Just a reminder here: Beware of pickpockets...

A guy, probably a hired foreigner, stir-frying a full cauldron of chestnut... you certainly can't miss the smell when you pass by... should give this food a try if you never tasted before.. :D

Playing for at least accumulate 24hours or more for the new "Romance of the 3 Kingdom 10thseries". Finally conquer the whole Mainland... It is absolutely something nice although I played japanese version. You might not get used to some occasion or don't understand some sentences. However, it was fine with me since it doesn't vary alot from the previous version. Nice game overall... :)

The association of the Liu, Guan, Zhang... you will only able to see this after you finished the game... Posted by Hello

WCG 2004 Malaysia

Posted by Hello

WCG2004 Malaysia. My second time as a gamer at this wonderful event since 2003. I was in the Finals last year for the game FIFA2003, but for this year... it isn't that possible to get through the pre-rounds. The gamers in FIFA this year reduced almost half. There were roughly 50 in this year whereas over 120 last year. I think it is simply because of the game difficulty increased to a higher and profesional levels. Most of the amateurs couldn't able to cope with it. As I am at least a FIFA series fans, too have a view of the changed difficulty would the amateurs tiredsom...

Too crowded... i better queue up for my ID tag...

Got the ID tag and a samsung goodie bag at last, queueing in a long queue. Then waiting for all the boring ceremony theld on for a full hour. I was lucky to be enlist under the 2nd group, so i can start my game at once.

First match. oh darn! last year top 4, the younger bro of last year champion... i surpose it willl be an impossible mission to vanquish the fella... and the results --> 3-1, 4-1. everything out of my expectation! i thought of a humiliating score line, something like 5 or 6 to zero. he isn't that good anyway. Soon afterward, i was assigned for the other matches. They're easy for me then. I have a 3-2 and 4-1 win. Followed by 4-2 win and a forfeit.
However, I didn't gain enough points to the top position of the group of four. I feelt a little sick of this kinda of arrangement that it isn't that fair overall... but i just accept the decision without any arguement, as the rules are rules...

I leave the gaming hall and proceed to the one next to it... hanging around...

Good bye! I waved to the FIFA Soccer 2004 board beside the station in the hall... very very tired since i was wandering around for hours after all my matches at 2pm, waiting my friend to compete in War Craft 3... he loss his game as well... an unlucky day for us? haha... i dunno this for him, but i am pretty sure i deserve the kick of beam.. to a strong rival. Posted by Hello

Late Night in Chow Kit Road

Drift around Chow Kit Road. It was around 2 am and the streets were almost empty. But you can see lots of prostitutes wandering around, searching for potential client. There some "ah gua" around in the dark corner for the same purposes as well. Then I stop by a Bak Kut Teh Restaurant to have supper with my friends. A gang of 3 guyz were just beside us, one performing a one man band, one was squating in front of his potrait painting board, and another just chatting with him. The music was free, so everyone around just enjoy or ignore them as ones prefer. Then I spotted the price tag for the potrait, quite expensive for a street artist like this. The sketching price is ok for me, around RM20-RM50... but not others, paint and oil painting which cost over hundreds... maybe they should offer some promotion... hahaha... it's Malaysia Carnival.. This Indon or Malay guy likes old classical and pop. Somehow, he did sang "xiao wei". (a chinese song)

Another midnight "artist" posing a cool pose after my request. Posted by Hello

Bar Med rocks. A happening bar ideally located at the place to be seen? Desa Sri Hartamas - Bar Med attracts a young crowd who can't seem to get enough of this place. Featuring one of KL's longest bars which seats 35, Bar Med maintains its reputation as one of the most happening bars by piling on the action. But you gonno choose the right day to a right place. A friend of mine just wanna treat some beers... on Sunday? It was EMPTY... Posted by Hello

A happening place that empty... shocked me... oh... then i remember it was Sunday...

We reached Modesto at Jalan P Ramlee... somewhere you can see more people on Sunday. I mean some place more serene. It was late so we didn't order any pizza or pasta, but just a jug of Carlsberg... They're having promotion for the beer there. And the price certainly woke me up. Less than RM28 for a jug of beer, included the taxes charged. Posted by Hello

a jug of beer, fully filled 4 beer-mug... and we finished them after the 1st half football match between Arsenal and Middlesbrough... Posted by Hello

Training in Progress

please remain silence... I just started to try on Blog stuff, and I found it not so easy if you wanna make it interesting... browsing around the web, viewing various blog of others... then I start to learn a thing or two... I am not a programmer nor interested in writing scripts, so it took me more time to get used into the blog... Not free today... better continue later...Posted by Hello

Davors Discover Blog

I discovered weblog today!

A normal day as usual, browsing around the internet for some information and surfing without direction. Then I search something related to computer. Not on purpose, I entered the door of "sixthseal.com". Then again, I looked around there and I find it was interesting. It could be a method to communicate efficiently with large or dispersed groups of people, and still the topic would be global. It simply able to serve as a journal, record for events, sharing interest or hobby, and anything absorbing.

"WOW!" I applaud out loudly.

Just starting to post up what I like the most and some just for fun. I like photography a lot although I ain't a proffesional in the field. So I just grab my camera and snap what I think is nice to be framed.

I made some sub categorize but they were a little messy. But i consider it was acceptable since it was my first approach on Blog thing. Gonna try and error.
I hope you love it too and enjoy.
